DataMentor's charts have been enhanced to provide an effective way of viewing your assessment data to make informed instructional decisions. It is important to note that while the features have been updated, the data displayed is unaffected.
Our newly designed State Assessment Charts clearly display your district's data alongside an enhanced visual representation. Our Trend Summary Charts have been updated with a clean, easy to read layout.
Notable features in the State Assessment Charts include:
- easy to use comparator selection, including state cut points
- visual emphasis on questions that fall within the mid-range when comparing to your BOCES region
- data chart sort defaults to curriculum derived Key Ideas
- data chart can also be sorted by score gap high to low, score gap low to high, question number, or PI
- direct links to Trend Summary Charts for Grades 3-8
- one click conversion to a PDF for viewing and/or printing
Notable features in the Trend Summary Charts include:
- full 5 year trend available (academic years 2006 - 2010)
- two new subject areas available, Social Studies Grades 5 and 8, and Science Grades 4 and 8
- detailed performance indicator descriptions
